Milano's Pizza and Grill is located in the heart of west Knoxville and serves American favorites such as the philly steak sandwich and the bacon cheese burger as well as all the Italian staples including spaghetti, lasagna, parmesan, and, of course, pizza.
Milano’s menu also includes a variety of items to satisfy your taste for American food. The Smothered Chicken Breast is a favorite featuring fresh grilled chicken covered with grilled red onion, bell peppers, and fresh mushrooms, smothered with special seasonings and covered with Swiss cheese.
For lunch we recommend Chicken Parmesan, our house specialty. Fresh breaded chicken covered with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven over linguine.
